 Why list now? Well, inventory is down during the winter months which means you'll be competing with fewer Sellers for the sale of your home. Oftentimes, people are not aware of this and wait until everybody else puts their places on the market, too. Why not try selling your house/condo/lot now and see what I mean. I can give you a complimentary market analysis on your real estate before you decide to list. As I don't like high-pressured sales, you won't get that from me! Oh, and guess what?
